All donated wine must be picked up from one of our winery locations. Our office has been closed since march 15th. If your request has been approved we will send you a letter of notification and arrange for pick up or shipping at the recipient s expense.

We cannot respond to every request.

California winery donation request. Your request must be made on behalf of a non profit tax exempt organization as recognized by the irs. Please note we cannot ship donated wine. We cannot fulfill any requests for events taking place in 2020. Pick up the donation at the winery between 11am and 5 30pm monday through.

Your non profit organization must have 501 c 3 tax exempt status. Please do not fill out and submit the request if your event is in 2020. At this time we are not able to respond to your donation request. Donations must be picked up within 2 weeks of notification.

You will be required to submit a copy of your daily abc license prior to receiving a wine donation.
