We were the last ones there on a friday afternoon and got to spend a good amount of time with the owner paige learning about the history of the vineyards and even practicing spanish with her.

Visitors to our vineyards are treated to expansive views from our tasting room and surrounding patios. It was the first commercial scale bonded winery in the region now known as the dundee hills. All seating options offer appropriate physical distance from other guests and lovely surrounding views of our vineyards.

Awesome to see knudsen start. Knudsen vineyards was founded in 1971 by cal and julia lee knudsen. Knudsen vineyards is a producer of limited production terroir driven pinot noir and chardonnay from the dundee hills ava of willamette valley oregon. They became steadfast champions for the burgeoning oregon wine industry and partnered with dick erath another oregon wine pioneer to build the knudsen erath winery in 1976.

Their own tasting room and winery as these are the grapes they use at argyle for their knudsen line of wines. Guests can choose between indoor and outdoor seating.
